Description
PS-UPFM is an in-house electromagnetic flowmeter by PromSensAutomation, designed for accurate measurement of conductive liquids including water, wastewater, acids, alkalis, food products, pulp, slurries, and other media with conductivity above 30 μS/cm.
The measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction: as a liquid passes through a magnetic field, a voltage proportional to flow velocity is induced. The absence of moving parts makes the device reliable in aggressive and contaminated media.
The flowmeter is available in compact and remote configurations for flexible installation. An infrared remote control simplifies commissioning, and built-in self-diagnostics accelerate troubleshooting.
